Strategic Investments and Growth
In June 2003, the Loulis Group identified the potential of the Albanian market and initiated the construction of a state-of-the-art mill, incorporating the most advanced technology. This significant investment of 12 million Euros was completed to produce high-quality flour, leveraging their profound understanding of the local market.
In 2005, Atlas Mills acquired the Loulis factory and commenced full-scale operations. This strategic acquisition allowed us to enhance our production capabilities and continue our tradition of excellence.
Integration into Besniku Shpk
Recognizing the potential of Atlas Mills, Besniku Shpk acquired the company in September 2018. This acquisition has strengthened our position in the market, enabling us to bring the best processed grain products to Albanian consumers.
