Detyrat

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication in order to identify their needs and provide solutions
• Provide accurate and complete information to customers by using and referring to the methods, tools, and resources on hand
• Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email 
• Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives in the moment to de-escalate customer issues and resolve complaints
• Effectively utilize system tools to follow through on commitments to customers regarding updates, communication, information, etc.
• Consistently and accurately update customer files with interaction notes, account records, and account documents
• Follow department and company procedures, guidelines, and policies 
• Assist customers by providing accurate information regarding inquiries such as order status, shipping status & transit information, return status, claims status, lead times, policies, etc.
• Learn and maintain the process for returns, claims, and refunds
• Work with other departments to provide customers with accurate answers in a timely manner as well as problem solve issues as they arise 
• Other tasks as assigned

REQUIRMENTS: 

• Ability to work independently while communicating efficiently with the team via messenger, emails, and calls 
• At least 2 years proven customer service/support experience
• Proven escalations and resolutions experience
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Passion to solve problems and grow and/or rebuild customer trust 
• Strong conversational skills including active listening
• Ability to effectively express oneself in writing (livechat and email)
• Friendly, helpful demeanor; well-spoken 
• Customer oriented with the ability to adapt to different conversational tones
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively 
• High school diploma 

Shënime

POSITION: 

The position is remote: 

• $5.00-$7.00 USD per hour, commensurate upon experience
• 1 hour paid lunch 
• M-F 9:00AM - 5:00PM CST 
• Weekend availability as needed, scheduled in advance, as business needs change  
• Reports to the Customer Service Manager
