You will work closely with our US partners to review, analyze and price deals by evaluating credit history, assets, the size of the cash advance requested and determine payback terms.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed financial analysis to determine the credit worthiness of merchants,perform risk-based underwriting reviews of applications which includes the analysis of credit reports, bank statements, and various other business documentation.
• Determine Merchants financial capability re-pay via in depth review and verification of information.
• Issue approvals or denials and set terms and rates for small business funding;.
• Review of transactional activity and make corresponding adjustments to credit limits.
• Analyze applicants' data.
• Assess applicants' risk.
• Interact with the internal sales team.
• Research applicants as necessary.
• May be required to perform other tasks and duties reasonably related to job
  responsibilities.

Kualifikimet

Experience/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field is preferred.
• Certification and courses in mathematics, business, economics, and finance are highly
  preferred.
• Ability to recognize positive and negative trends in cash flow and banking activity.
• Previous credit analysis or underwriting experience is a plus.
• Prior experience in Bank Reconciliation.
• Familiarity with US business culture.
• Strong analytical skills;
• Ability to multitask, work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented and excellent skills in calculating risk
• Strong communication skills
• Decision-making and critical thinking skills
• C1 Proficiency in written and spoken English.
