Job Summary: We are seeking a meticulous Junior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in accounting, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

This role involves assisting senior accountants in managing financial records, preparing financial reports, and supporting day-to-day accounting related operations, in liaison with our external accounting partners.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process invoices, bills, expense reports, and other financial documents.
• Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable and accounts receivables.
• Vendor invoice posting by also checking the validity of the invoice and the allocation of the expenses to the proper accounts.
• Customer invoices collections registration and proper follow up of any outstanding item.
• Managing cash flow forecasting to predict cash inflows and outflows.
• Collaborate with intercompany departments, external vendors to provide information and resolve issues.
• Income and expenses invoices reconciliation with online tax platform.

Kualifikimet

Qualifications & preferred skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in accounting or related roles.
• Knowledge of accounting regulations and standards.
• Experience with accounting postings and relevant reconciliations.
• Familiarity with invoices fiscalization process.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information with integrity.
• Effective communications and interpersonal skills.
